Barley to Rise catered a lunch for us @ PhyMed Healthcare Group. The menu consisted of Salmon, which was prepared perfectly (no small feat for 25 people), sautéed spinach & mushrooms, root vegetables and rice pilaf. People couldn't get enough and asked if Barley to Rise and Chef Gairdt Edwards could cater all of our events!! Wonderful food, great presentation, very professional and timely (very important!!). Oh, can't believe I almost forgot the CHEESECAKE BROWNIES!!! In a word...DELISH!!
